Returns and Refunds Policy
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt .
In these cases, we refund the value of the item. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@saranghae.com . We do not accept returns without prior notice.
The refund will be issued once the product has been received and its condition has been inspected.
Excluded products
- Sealed products whose seal has been broken.
- Customized products manufactured according to customer specifications.
- Personal items.
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Cancellations and changes
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@saranghae.com .
If the order has not yet been shipped, we can modify it.
For exchanges of items that have already been shipped but are unopened, the return shipping costs and the new shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please write to us at support@saranghae.com attaching a photograph of the product.
We will review the case and offer a solution, either by sending a replacement at no additional cost or by issuing a refund.
