Returns and Refunds Policy
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain. We work with different shipping companies, such as SEUR, Correos Express, and GLS, to offer fast and secure delivery.
We currently ship to Spain, Portugal, and the Canary Islands. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
Delivery Times
The average delivery time is approximately 1 to 3 business days, depending on the destination and the assigned shipping company.
Always check the estimated delivery date shown on each product page. This date will also be displayed in your order confirmation email and in your account.
You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. If you don't see the email, please also check your spam folder.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by unforeseen delays.
Shipments to the Canary Islands
For shipments to the Canary Islands, the process may take a little longer due to additional transport processing.
Please leave your DNI/NIE number in the "Add a note to your order" field on the cart page.
We will keep you informed throughout the shipping process. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Free Shipping
Shipping is free for orders over €80.
Modifications and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@saranghae.com.
We will do our best to accommodate your request. If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to make changes or cancellations.
Order Tracking
The tracking number is sent by email after shipping confirmation. You can check the status of your package at any time with this number.
If you cannot find the email, please also check your spam folder.
Package Delivered but Not Received
If tracking indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- First ask your neighbors, doorman, or building reception.
- Check if the package has been left in a safe area or collection point.
- Contact us at info@saranghae.com to review the case.
Please note that SARANGHAE is not responsible for stolen or lost packages after the shipping company confirms delivery.
Incorrect Address or Order Return
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, absent recipient, or any reason beyond SARANGHAE's control, we will not be responsible for the costs of a new shipment.
Please always double-check your address before confirming your order.
Out-of-Stock Products
If the product you are interested in is out of stock, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter. We will notify you by email when it is back in stock.
Gifts: No Prices in the Package
If you are buying a gift, don't worry. We do not include prices or paper invoices in our shipments.
Invoices are sent only by email to the buyer.
